Delivery Policy

Delivery options are available at checkout. Economy is our standard delivery method. Economy delivery usually arrives within 10–20 days, although many orders arrive sooner depending on location. Delivery is free for our customers on all orders over £33 to most of the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, Canada and Australia. Unless otherwise stated on the site announcement during a promotional sale.

For countries where standard or economy delivery is not available due to logistics, such as a lack of local couriers or supplier delivery, the shipping rate will be automatically calculated based on information from multiple couriers and the best available price.

Delivery time includes:

Processing time: order verification, quality control and packaging. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Standard Economy delivery is processed within 1–2 days of the order being placed and arrives within 10–20 days after dispatch.

Transit time: Transit time refers to the time in transit once the item has left the warehouse and reached its destination.

Some goods are dispatched directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and dispatched directly from our own factories in the United States, Canada and Australia.
